Produção do conhecimento e possíveis correlações entre políticas e práticas inclusivas

Abstract

A presente pesquisa trata-se de um Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso com o objetivo geral de sistematizar o conjunto de teses e dissertações que versam sobre as práticas educacionais inclusivas e cotejar com as políticas públicas de 2008 a 2020 no contexto brasileiro. E enquanto objetivos específicos, tem-se a) Traçar um breve histórico da Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva, presente nas políticas públicas no Brasil de 2008 a 2020, e b) Levantar possíveis práticas educacionais para a inclusão de alunos com deficiência nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental na rede regular de ensino, presente em teses e dissertações no mesmo período. O estudo justifica-se pela necessidade em se conduzir políticas e práticas que orientem as escolas a construírem um contexto inclusivo. Por isso, questiona-se a presença dessas políticas e práticas, e o quanto elas têm sido efetivas na promoção e construção de espaços inclusivos nas instituições escolares. Na intenção de acompanhar o que se tem produzido em âmbito acadêmico para posteriormente, relacionar às políticas públicas de inclusão, foi realizada uma revisão de literatura. Inicialmente, as pesquisas foram agrupadas e sintetizadas em categorias. Constatouse, num primeiro momento, que na prática, as instituições de ensino permanecem enfrentando muitos desafios para a implementação da Educação Inclusiva. Posteriormente, foram levantadas práticas pedagógicas favoráveis à inclusão e que se relacionam com o panorama legal previsto pelas Políticas Públicas vigentes. Presume-se que a presente pesquisa, através dos dados e sínteses produzidas, colabore com futuros pesquisadores do tema tanto no campo teórico, quanto na efetivação de práticas educativas inclusivas.

This research is a Course Completion Work with the general objective of systematizing the set of theses and dissertations that deal with inclusive educational practices and compare them with public policies from 2008 to 2020 in the Brazilian context. And as specific objectives, we have a) Trace a brief history of Special Education from the Perspective of Inclusive Education, present it in public policies in Brazil from 2008 to 2020, and b) Raise possible educational practices for the inclusion of students with disabilities in the Early Years of Elementary School in the regular teaching network, present in theses and dissertations in the same period. The study is justified by the need to conduct policies and practices that guide schools to build an inclusive context. Therefore, the presence of these policies and practices is questioned, and how effective they have been in promoting and building inclusive spaces in school institutions. With the intention of accompanying what has been produced in the academic field for later, related to public inclusion policies, a literature review was carried out. Initially, the surveys were grouped and synthesized into categories. It was found, at first, that in practice, educational institutions continue to face many challenges for the implementation of Inclusive Education. Subsequently, pedagogical practices accepted for inclusion and that are related to the legal scenario provided for by current Public Policies were considered. It is assumed that this research, through the data and syntheses produced, will collaborate with future researchers on the subject both in the theoretical field and in the implementation of inclusive educational practices.
