| dc.description.abstract | The publication by the People's Republic of China in November 2016 of a new White Paper on its policy towards Latin America and the Caribbean allows the development of a comparative analysis that shows the evolution of this policy between the years 2008, the date of publication of its first Book White in this regard, and 2016.
