A psicossomática como expressão da linguagem: considerações pelo viés da multimodalidade pulsional

Abstract

O tema desta tese surgiu a partir das questões clínicas referentes ao corpo como via de expressão que, muitas vezes, por não ser materializada a fonte do seu sofrimento, recebe o diagnóstico de ser um quadro psicossomático. Assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa é discutir as elaborações teóricas a respeito da psicossomática para construir, fundamentando-se na psicanálise, uma proposta reflexiva sobre esse tema. Para isso, a metodologia utilizada foi a de uma pesquisa teórica e conceitual com a finalidade de apresentar, primeiramente, as principais teorias psicanalíticas sobre psicossomática, passando pela Escola de Chicago, a Escola de Paris e alguns pesquisadores atuais, como Dejours e McDougall. Constata-se, de maneira geral, que a comunidade psicanalítica afirma que os pacientes com essa afecção manifestam uma falha simbólica. Tal argumentação, ao ser explorada, mostra-se equivocada por equivaler linguagem e produção oral. Freud e Lacan também são autores importantes para a construção da reflexão sobre esse assunto: Freud, ainda que não tenha mencionado a expressão psicossomática, elaborou alguns conceitos que possibilitam articular com a temática em questão, como corpo, sintoma, neurose atual e pulsão; Lacan, por sua vez, teorizou sobre o fenômeno psicossomático e apontou alguns caminhos explicativos, como a fixação no autoerotismo e a falha no registro simbólico. Diante das diversas perspectivas teóricas possíveis para abordar a psicossomática, o conceito de pulsão foi o eixo condutor nesta pesquisa por ser o que opera o entrelaçamento entre o psíquico e o somático. A partir desse constructo metapsicológico, foi possível desenvolver a hipótese de que a psicossomática é uma expressão da linguagem, um traço singular que faz a pulsão circular ou não. Por fim, a título de ilustração, a obra “Palavras por dizer”, de Marie Cardinal, traz a narrativa da sua experiência com o corpo, sobre o sangrar como traço psicossomático e os desdobramentos disso em sua análise, o que possibilitou pensar os recursos próprios que cada sujeito encontra para inscrever e escrever a linguagem pulsional, logo, o corpo como linguagem.

The theme of this thesis came to light from clinical questions concerning the body as means of expression that, many times, because it hadn’t been materialized the source of its suffering, receives the diagnosis of being a psychosomatic picture. Therefore, the goal of this research is to discuss the theorical elaborations about psychosomatic to build, based in psychoanalysis, a reflective proposal on this topic. For that, the methodology used was a conceptual and theorical research with the purpose to present, firstly, the main psychoanalytic theories about psychosomatic, going through Chicago School, Paris School and some current researchers, such as Dejours and McDougall. One can note, overall, that the psychoanalytic community claims that patients with this condition manifest a symbolic flaw. Such argumentation, when explored, reveals itself wrong for amounting language and oral production. Freud and Lacan are also important authors for the construction of the reflection on this matter: Freud, even that he hasn’t mentioned the psychosomatic expression, as body, symptom, actual neuroses and pulse; Lacan, on the other hand, theorized about the psychosomatic phenomenon and pointed some explanatory paths, like the fixation in self-erotism and the failure in the symbolic record. In the face of multiple possible theorical perspectives paths to approach the psychosomatic, the concept of pulse was the conductor pillar in this research for being what operates the interlacing between the psychological and the somatic. From this meta psychological construct, it has been possible to develop the hypothesis that the psychosomatic is an expression of the language, a singular trait that makes the pulse circulates or not. Finally, by way of illustration, the work “The Words To Say It”, from Marie Cardinal, brings the narrative of your experience with the body, the bleeding as psychosomatic trait and the consequences of this in his analysis, which made possible to think about the own resources each individual finds to register and to write the pulsatory language, hence, the body as language.
