A Base Nacional Comum Curricular e a educação das relações étnico-raciais: uma análise na Educação Infantil

Abstract

Este estudo analisa a relação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) com as propostas das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação das Relações Étnico-raciais (DCNERER) e os efeitos na prática docente na Educação Infantil, levando em conta os desafios e as contribuições para o desenvolvimento do trabalho em sala de aula e a implementação no Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP), empregando uma metodologia qualitativa descritiva. A pesquisa envolveu entrevistas semiestruturadas com seis professoras e um professor da Educação Infantil, juntamente com uma análise documental da BNCC e dos Projetos Político- Pedagógicos (PPP) de uma unidade de Educação Infantil à luz das DCNERER. Os resultados revelam a falta de alinhamento nítido entre a BNCC e as DCNERER, o que dificulta a incorporação consistente da temática étnico-racial pelos/as educadores/as. Entretanto, muitos/as professores/as reconhecem a importância dessa temática, destacando o papel significativo das professoras negras nesse processo. O estudo enfatiza a urgência da formação continuada dos/as educadores/as para abordar eficazmente a Educação das Relações Étnico- Raciais. Além disso, destaca a necessidade de colaboração entre educadores/as, instituições de ensino e órgãos governamentais para alinhar a BNCC com as DCNERER e integrá-las nos PPP das escolas. Esta pesquisa oferece informações sobre os desafios e oportunidades para promover a equidade racial na Educação Infantil, enfatizando uma abordagem democrática. Ao analisar práticas docentes, políticas públicas e currículos, contribui para a compreensão de como as políticas antirracistas podem ser efetivamente implementadas no sistema educacional brasileiro.

This study investigates the relationship between the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC) and the National Curricular Guidelines for Ethnic-Racial Relations Education (DCNERER) in Early Childhood Education in Brazil, employing a descriptive qualitative methodology. The research involved semi-structured interviews with six female teachers and one male teacher from Early Childhood Education, along with a documentary analysis of the BNCC and the Political-Pedagogical Projects (PPP) of an Early Childhood Education unit in the light of the DCNERER. The results reveal a lack of clear alignment between the BNCC and the DCNERER, making it challenging for educators to consistently incorporate ethnic- racial issues. However, many teachers recognize the importance of these issues, emphasizing the significant role of Black female teachers in this process. The study underscores the urgency of continuous professional development for educators to effectively address Ethnic- Racial Relations Education. Additionally, it highlights the need for collaboration among educators, educational institutions, and governmental bodies to align the BNCC with the DCNERER and integrate them into school PPPs. This research provides insights into the challenges and opportunities for promoting racial equality in Early Childhood Education, emphasizing an inclusive and collaborative approach. By analyzing teaching practices, public policies, and curricula, it contributes to the understanding of how antiracist policies can be effectively implemented in the Brazilian educational system.
