Este estudo propõe uma análise crítica de A Rainha dos Cárceres da Grécia (1976), de Osman Lins, sob a ótica iseriana, examinando as dinâmicas entre autor e leitor à luz do artigo O Jogo do Texto (Iser, 1979). Partindo do caráter experimental da obra, em que a leitura assume protagonismo narrativo, estuda-se como Lins estrutura o texto para exigir a intervenção ativa do leitor na construção dos sentidos, conforme premissas iserianas. Este estudo se inicia com uma análise comparativa entre o enredo do livro e a história da crítica literária, com base nos estudos de Leyla Perrone- Moisés, e logo se concentra na decodificação das estratégias discursivas, tais como sugestões, lacunas e ambiguidades, que mobilizam o engajamento interpretativo, além dos efeitos estéticos gerados por tais mecanismos. Ao ancorar-se nas premissas do Jogo do Texto, o trabalho evidencia de que modo as escolhas narrativas do autor instauram uma experiência literária em que o leitor é constitutivo do processo significativo, atuando como espécie de coautor. Por fim, reflete-se sobre como a perspectiva iseriana, ao enfocar a relação dialética entre obra e receptor, reforça a literatura como espaço de interação simbólica, cujas camadas interpretativas se reconfiguram em diálogo com o horizonte temporal e crítico.
Abstract (english)
This study proposes a critical analysis of Queen of the Prisons of Greece (1976), by Osman Lins, from an iserian perspective, examining the dynamics between author and reader in light of the article The Play of the Text (Iser, 1979). Based on the experimental nature of the work, in which reading assumes a narrative protagonism, the study examines how Lins structures the text to require the active intervention of the reader in building meaning, according to Iserian premises. This study begins with a comparative analysis between the plot of the book and the history of literary criticism, based on the studies of Leyla Perrone-Moisés, and then focuses on decoding the discursive strategies, such as suggestions, gaps and ambiguities, that mobilize interpretative engagement, in addition to the aesthetic effects generated by such mechanisms. By anchoring itself in the premises of the play of the text, the work highlights how the author's narrative choices establish a literary experience in which the reader is constitutive of the meaningful process, acting as a kind of co-author. Finally, it reflects on how the Iserian perspective, by focusing on the dialectical relationship between work and receiver, reinforces literature as a space for symbolic interaction, whose interpretative layers are reconfigured in dialogue with the temporal and critical horizon.
