Planejamento e gestão na responsabilidade social: desafios para o Serviço Social

Abstract

O presente estudo intitulado “Planejamento e Gestão na Responsabilidade Social” tem como objetivo conhecer, a partir de estudo de caso, pautado em pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo, o trabalho profissional do Assistente Social na área organizacional, analisando sob a perspectiva do Planejamento e da Gestão do trabalho no desenvolvimento de ações na Responsabilidade Social. A pesquisa de cunho fenomenológico buscou através de estudo de caso, realizar aplicação de entrevista, utilizando-se de questionário semiestruturado. A análise dos dados é a partir do olhar qualitativo para o estudo. Sabe-se que a profissão surgiu marcada por ideologias conservadoras. Porém, ao longo de sua trajetória buscou-se conquistar novos espaços, e superar limites e desafios históricos, éticos e políticos a ela atrelados. Hoje, ao se deparar com sua atual conjuntura, se faz necessário um repensar da prática profissional, que torna a atuação nas organizações uma questão com amplo debate na categoria. Perpassa a presente proposta, conhecer os pontos fortes e pontos fracos em questão no século XXI, assim como as possibilidades postas a essa profissão, sendo o olhar voltado principalmente à Responsabilidade Social. Buscar-se-á maior compreensão sobre esta e sua relação com o Serviço Social, analisando seu conceito e função. Posteriormente, pretende-se socializá-los com as partes envolvidas e, em particular junto à categoria, em que se acredita que após este conhecimento haverá contribuição para o fortalecimento da profissão.

This study entitled "Planning and Management in Social Responsibility" aims to learn from case study, based on literature, documentary and field, professional work of the social worker in the organizational area, analyzing from the perspective of planning and work management in the development of actions in the Social Responsibility. The phenomenological nature of research sought through case study, conduct interview application, using a semi-structured questionnaire. Data analysis is qualitative from looking for the study. It is known that the profession has emerged marked by conservative ideologies. However, throughout his career he sought to conquer new spaces, and overcome limits and historical challenges, ethical and political linked to it. Today, when faced with their current situation, if a rethinking of professional practice is necessary, which makes the work in organizations an issue with broad debate in the category. Runs through this proposal, knowing the strengths and weaknesses in question in the twenty-first century, as well as the possibilities offered to the profession, and the look focused primarily on Social Responsibility. Search shall be greater understanding of this and its relationship to social work, analyzing its concept and function. Subsequently, it is intended to socialize them with the parties involved, and particularly with the category in which it is believed that after this knowledge will contribute to the strengthening of the profession.
