A semiótica no ensino fundamental II: uma caminho para leitura

Abstract

O ensino de Língua Portuguesa nas escolas visa trabalhar, dentre outras, as habilidades e competências dos estudantes em relação à escrita de textos formais dos mais variados gêneros. Pensando nisso e buscando um caminho para que a aprendizagem da leitura e da produção de textos possa ser mais eficaz, essa pesquisa propõe uma intervenção pedagógica para as práticas de leitura e de produção textual, centrada nos pressupostos teóricos da teoria semiótica greimasiana, que será a base para as atividades desenvolvidas em sala de aula. Os gêneros escolhidos foram o curta-metragem e, consequentemente, o roteiro, já que este pressupõe aquele. Essa pesquisa é relevante pelo fato de, se bem sucedida, poderá trazer contribuições ao ensino, bem como tornar a teoria semiótica algo acessível aos estudantes. Quanto à metodologia, a pesquisa está alicerçada nos fundamentos da pesquisa qualitativa em educação, configurando-se, portanto, como um estudo de caso.

The teaching of Portuguese in schools aims to work, among others, the skills and competences of students in relation to the reading and the writing of formal texts of the most varied genres. Thinking about this and seeking a way for learning to understand and to produce texts can be more effective, this research proposes a pedagogical intervention for the practices of reading and writing, centered on the theoretical assumptions of the greimasian semiotic theory, which will be the basis for the activities developed in the classroom. The chosen genres were the short film and, consequently, the script, since this one presupposes that. This research is relevant because, if successful, it can bring contributions to teaching, as well as make semiotic theory accessible to students. As for the methodology, the research is based on the foundations of the qualitative research in education, being, therefore, configured as a case study.
