Resumo
This article picks up the practices of Horacio Nunes Pires and Orestes Guimaraes inside the Teacher's College in Santa Catarina between 1911 and 1918. For this purpose, were used reports, laws and the printing press as research sources. They were found in Santa Catarina's Public Archive, Newspaper's Digital Archive of National Library and Federal University of Santa Catarina's Digital Repository. The objective was to find the networks and the bureaucratic sociability (SIRINELLI, 1996/ SCHWARTZ, 2011) of this actors, placing the disputes that occurred in the Teacher's College reform as part of various political perspectives. As conclusions, highlighted the political allegiances of both of them and purposed and reform's interpretation that considered them as a variety of practices. Moreover, this article considered them as part of bigger disputes that depended of an extensive network of family and political relationships (CERTEAU, 2009).
