Abstract (portuguese)
O objetivo do presente trabalho foi analisar energeticamente as explorações agropecuárias familiares cuja principal atividade é a produção de leite, na região de Botucatu-SP, especificamente no município de Pardinho. Para melhor definição dos produtores familiares estudados foram utilizados os critérios do sistema oficial de crédito rural FEAP (Fundo de Expansão do Agronegócio Paulista). Por intermédio de dados primários, obtidos através de relatos orais, foram reconstituídos os itinerários técnicos dos subsistemas de criação, detalhando as operações utilizadas. A partir de então, foram descritas as características de produção do sistema, possibilitando detalhar as máquinas, implementos, equipamentos, insumos e mão-de-obra utilizados. Assim, determinou-se as diversas exigências físicas e respectivos coeficientes técnicos. Estes, por suas vez, e acompanhando a literatura, foram transformados em unidades energéticas que permitiram a determinação das relações estabelecidas entre outputs e inputs energéticos presentes no subsistema pesquisado. Concluiu-se que o agroecossistema leiteiro é altamente dependente da energia de origem industrial, devido à utilização de fertilizante.
Abstract (english)
The objective of the present work was to analyze energecticly the family agricultural explorations whose main activity is the production of milk, in the Botucatu-SP region, specifically in the Pardinho municipal district. For better definition of the studied family producers were used the criteria of the official system of rural credit FEAP (Fund of Expansion of Agronegócio Paulista from São Paulo). Through primary data, obtained through oral reports, the technical itineraries of the cattle creation subsystems were reconstituted, detailing the operations used. Starting from then, the production characteristics of the system were described, making detailing the machines, implements, equipments, inputs and labor used. Thus was determined the several physical demands and respective technical coefficients. These, were transformed in energetic units that allowed the determination of the relationships established between energetic outputs and inputs presents in the subsystem researched. It was concluded that the dairy cattle agroecossistema is highly dependent of the energy of industrial origin, due to the fertilizer using.
