A formação do sujeito em G.W.F. Hegel

Abstract

Esta dissertação busca compreender o conceito de Bildung a partir da filosofia de G.W.F. Hegel. Mais especificamente, objetiva analisar a formação do sujeito na filosofia hegeliana. Para cumprir este objetivo geral o presente trabalho cumpre os seguintes objetivos específicos: (1) definir o conceito de sujeito em Hegel; (2) definir e delimitar o conceito de formação - Bildung - em geral e; (3) compreender o conceito de formação - Bildung - na filosofia hegeliana. Acerca do primeiro objetivo, tem-se que o sujeito é a autoconsciência. Isto é, é o saber de si mesmo enquanto ser capaz de colocar-se no mundo e na sociedade a partir de sua razão e liberdade. Além disso, busca-se definir o conceito de Bildung a partir de um recorte histórico que remonta às origens da História Moderna, de tal maneira que se compreende a Bildung como o processo de desenvolvimento pelo qual o sujeito se torna consciente de si e do mundo. Este desenvolvimento é definido nesta dissertação como: viagem, trabalho, tradução, disciplina etc., de acordo com o contexto social, histórico e filosófico no qual se apresenta. Por fim, busca-se especificar o conceito de Bildung dentro da própria filosofia de Hegel, compreendendo os limites e os alcances deste conceito para pensar a educação.

This dissertation seeks to understand the concept of Bildung from the perspective of G.W.F. Hegel's philosophy. More specifically, it aims to analyze the formation of the subject in Hegelian philosophy. In order to fulfill this general objective, this work has the following specific objectives: (1) to define the concept of subject in Hegel; (2) to define and delimit the concept of formation - Bildung - in general and; (3) to understand the concept of formation - Bildung - in Hegelian philosophy. With regard to the first objective, the subject is self-consciousness. That is, it is the knowledge of oneself as a being capable of placing oneself in the world and in society on the basis of one's reason and freedom. In addition, we seek to define the concept of Bildung from a historical perspective that goes back to the origins of Modern History, in such a way as to understand Bildung as the process of development through which the subject becomes aware of himself and the world. This development is defined in this dissertation as: travel, work, translation, discipline, etc., according to the social, historical and philosophical context in which it is presented. Finally, we seek to specify the concept of Bildung within Hegel's own philosophy, understanding the limits and scope of this concept for thinking about education.
