Adolescense and moral personality construction

Abstract

Adolescence, as a socio-cultural phenomenon, brings different aspects of personal and social life that imply the constitution of each human subject. This article, of a theoretical nature, results from studies carried out on the constructive process of human morality and aims to present and discuss the construction of moral personality with a focus on adolescence, having as primary theoretical basis the studies of Puig (1998); theorist and educator in reference values in the area whose life and work are dedicated to clarifying and deepening studies on the development of morality. In this way, a rescue of the concept of adolescence was carried out to discuss this phenomenon from the perspective of education in values, as construction of moral personality, elucidating some possibilities of introduction to ethical education procedures or values in the educational environment.
