Entomologia de produtos estocados: uma revisão sobre processos na justiça cível no Brasil

Resumo
Os insetos são invertebrados que compõem a maior classe do Reino Animal, possuindo grande importância para os ecossistemas e para fins econômicos. A Entomologia é a ciência que estuda essa classe. Dentro dessa área, a Entomologia Forense, que faz uso desses conhecimentos voltados à fins investigativos, associado a questões legais. Essa área de investigação científica é normalmente dividida em três categorias distintas: Urbana, Produtos Estocados e Médico-Legal. Neste trabalho, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a Entomologia de Produtos Estocados em cada região brasileira, com o objetivo de quantificar o número de processos com base em uma consulta de pesquisa livre por jurisprudência. Na sequência, foram avaliados as regiões brasileiras e os alimentos que possuem maior número de casos relatados pela justiça, complementando com uma análise sobre qual período houve maior número de ocorrências, entre os anos de 2010 e 2020. Foram catalogados 259 casos, sendo o Sudeste a região considerada com maior número de casos, e o ano com maior número de relatos é 2020. Por fim, a ordem mais comumente encontrada foi Blattodea.

Within this area, Forensic Entomology, which makes use of this knowledge for investigative purposes, associated with legal issues. This area of scientific investigation is normally divided into three distinct categories: Urban, Stocked Products and Medico-Legal. In this work, a bibliographic review was carried out on the Entomology of Stocked Products in each Brazilian region, with the objective of quantifying the number of processes based on a free search query by jurisprudence. Next, the Brazilian regions and foods with the highest number of cases reported by the courts were evaluated, complemented by an analysis of which period there was the highest number of occurrences, between the years 2010 and 2020. 259 cases were catalogued, with the Southeast the region considered with the highest number of cases, and the year with the highest number of reports is 2020. Finally, the order most commonly found was Blattodea.
