Resumo
O presente trabalho busca debater a perpetuação do racismo a partir de vivências de mulheres negras e suas manifestações como expressões da questão social, sob a perspectiva da raça como fundante, transpassadas pelo racismo estrutural.
Resquícios da época colonial ainda rebatem as estruturas sociais do país, não somente pela economia que se fez a partir de tal momento, mas principalmente as relações que a permeiam. Vê-se que estes rastros colonialistas, patriarcais, latifundiários e agroexportadores ainda se mantém como características bem firmadas do atual cenário socio-político.
A escravidão, em particular, foi um processo histórico que, para além de alicerçar o período colonial, se espraia de maneira expressiva ao longo da história, refletindo e intervindo nas estruturas políticas, econômicas e sociais, atingindo a toda população negra.
Entende-se que esse processo fomentou diversas desigualdades, à medida que promove a opressão racial - derivada do pensamento católico euro centrado, construindo e enraizando um novo conceito chamado racismo.
Com o patriarcalismo, transformou a realidade das mulheres negras escravizadas de forma muito particular: instaurando como herança histórica vestígios na estrutura atual. Tendo como resultante, a criação de uma estrutura opressora a ser desenvolvida ao longo da presente pesquisa.
Tais particularidades herdadas, hoje refletem nas desigualdades e opressões sofridas, conceituadas pelo serviço social como expressões da questão social, demarcadas pelo resultado da contradição capital x trabalho, imposto pelo sistema capitalista. Fazendo-se imprescindível discutir e analisar as raízes deste conceito para, então, traçar caminhos para combater as problemáticas apresentadas.
O trabalho tem por finalidade discutir possibilidades e alternativas, a partir da perspectiva do Serviço Social — se debruçando sob a questão social, sua origem e seus mecanismos de perpetuação. E, de maneira conjunta, ressaltar as manifestações do racismo estrutural, ao atingir de forma particular as mulheres negras, atribuindo-as uma vivência significativamente específica.
A pesquisa se desdobra sobre o racismo estrutural e seus rebatimentos na vivência de mulheres negras. Trazendo um resgate histórico e uma leitura da atual conjuntura, visando o fomento de uma discussão acerca do conceito de questão social atrelado a raça/etnia, segundo a perspectiva do serviço social e seus fundamentos, objetivando a apreensão e compreensão dos elementos anteriormente citados.
Será usado como metodologia a escrevivência e o materialismo histórico dialético, podendo assim entender os processos e a história das mulheres negras para além de dados estatísticos. Compreendendo as interseccionalidades entre gênero, classe e raça, que estruturam a sociedade atual, e ainda, aprofundando os rebatimentos da herança escravocrata herdada, com a sua centralidade, quando se diz respeito a opressão sofrida.
The present work seeks to discuss the perpetuation of racism based on the experiences of black women and their manifestations as expressions of the social issue, from the perspective of race as a foundation, permeated by structural racism. Remnants of the colonial era still impact the country's social structures, not only because of the economy that was built from that moment on, but mainly the relationships that permeate it. It can be seen that these colonialist, patriarchal, landlord and agro-exporter traces still remain as well-established characteristics of the current socio-political scenario. Slavery, in particular, was a historical process that, in addition to underpinning the colonial period, spreads significantly throughout history, reflecting and intervening in political, economical and social structures, reaching the entire black population. It is understood that this process has fostered inequalities, as it promotes racial oppression - derived from Eurocentric Catholic thought, building and rooting a new concept called racism. Along with patriarchy, it transformed the reality of enslaved black women in a very particular way: establishing historical traces as an inheritance in the current structure. Resulting the creation of an oppressive structure to be developed throughout this research. Such inherited particularities, today reflect in the inequalities and oppressions suffered, conceptualized by the social service as expressions of the social question, demarcated by the result of inequality capital x work, imposed by the capitalist system. Making yourself essential explore and analyze the roots of this concept to then trace ways to combat the problems achieved. The purpose of the work is to discuss possibilities and alternatives, from the perspective of Social Work — focusing on the social question, its origin and its negotiation of perpetuation. And, jointly, highlight the manifestations of structural racism, by reaching black women in a particular way, attributing them a significantly specific experience. The research stood out on structural racism and its repercussions on the experience of black women. Bringing a historical rescue and a reading of the current situation, aiming to promote a discussion about the concept of social issue linked to race/ethnicity, according to the perspective of social work and its foundations, aiming at the apprehension and understanding of the elements mentioned above. Writing and dialectical historical materialism will be used as a methodology, thus being able to understand the processes and history of black women beyond statistical data. Understanding the intersectionalities between gender, class and race, which structure the current society, and also, deepening the repercussions of the inherited slave heritage, together with its centrality, when it comes to the oppression suffered.
