Estudo comparativo de colocações especializadas no âmbito da investigação criminal com vistas à elaboração de um dicionário pedagógico trilíngue.

Resumo
A presente pesquisa, financiada pela CAPES, teve como objetivo geral levantar e analisar colocações especializadas do âmbito investigativo criminal, por meio de corpora compostos pelas legendas das séries CSI – Crime Scene Investigation, NCIS e Criminal Minds, nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol. Ademais, contou com um corpus comparável composto por artigos científicos, o qual teve como finalidade comprovar o uso das colocações especializadas encontradas no corpus de estudo por profissionais da área investigativa criminal. Como objetivo específico, temos o propósito de elaborar uma amostra de dicionário pedagógico trilíngue de colocações especializadas do âmbito investigativo criminal. Dessa forma, a pesquisa contou com o apoio da Fraseologia baseada em corpus, da Linguística de Corpus, da Terminologia, da Fraseografia e da Teoria Funcional da Lexicografia para definir suas bases teóricas e metodológicas. No que tange às colocações especializadas levantadas por meio do corpus de estudo em inglês, estas foram comparadas com os dados obtidos pelo corpus comparável, tendo sido analisadas a partir de um viés quantitativo, a partir do qual buscou-se ressaltar seu logdice. Ademais, realizou-se uma análise morfossintática, dando ênfase à classificação taxonômica das colocações obtidas, bem como, uma análise léxico-semântica, ressaltando as semelhanças e diferenças percebidas no comportamento das colocações nos três idiomas sob análise. Entre os resultados, destacam-se um número considerável de colocações do tipo nominal no corpus em língua portuguesa (90 no total), demostrando, também, que esse corpus apresentou uma maior quantidade total de colocações especializadas (179, em comparação a 130 colocações no corpus inglês e 109 no corpus espanhol). Por sua vez, a análise léxico-semântica empreendida mostrou casos em que diferentes colocações especializadas criminais em língua inglesa apresentam uma mesma tradução em língua espanhola, como acontece com artight alibi e ironclad alibi, em que ambas foram traduzidas por coartada irrefutable, além de enfatizar a análise do termo unsub. Considerando as análises e discussões empreendidas, espera-se que esta pesquisa possa contribuir com informações relevantes sobre as colocações especializadas no âmbito criminal, nos três idiomas contemplados, além de lançar luz sobre as informações que um dicionário de colocações pode apresentar aos seus consulentes.
This research, funded by CAPES, had as general objective the raising and analyzing specialized collocations in the criminal investigative field, through corpora composed of the subtitles of the series CSI – Crime Scene Investigation, NCIS and Criminal Minds, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. In addition, it had a comparable corpus composed of scientific articles, which aimed to prove the use of specialized collocations found in the study corpus by professionals in the criminal investigation area. Considering the collected data, it was proposed, as a specific objective, the elaboration of a sample of a trilingual pedagogical dictionary of specialized collocations of the criminal investigative field. Thus, the research was supported by Corpus-Based Phraseology, Corpus Linguistics, Terminology, Phraseography and the Functional Theory of Lexicography to define its theoretical and methodological bases. Regarding the specialized collocations raised through the study corpus in English, these were compared with the data obtained by the comparable corpus, having been analyzed from a quantitative bias, in which we sought to highlight its logdice. Furthermore, a morphosyntactic analysis was carried out, emphasizing the taxonomic classification of the collocations obtained, as well as a lexical-semantic analysis, emphasizing the perceived similarities and differences in the behavior of the collocations in the three languages under analysis. Considering the analyzes and discussions presented here, it is hoped that this research can contribute with relevant information about specialized collocations in the criminal field, in the three languages covered, in addition to shedding light on the information that a collocation dictionary should present to its consultants.
