Resumo
Analisar a implicação de uma política pública no campo da juventude em um sistema de aprendizagem profissional foi o objetivo desta pesquisa. Consultou-se a legislação, contextos e significados do Sistema Nacional da Juventude, além da importância e contribuições da implementação de tal política. Buscou-se utilizar o Programa de Aprendizagem Profissional que acontece, desde 2019, de forma descentralizada, na cidade de Pirangi-SP. Por este Programa foram coletados dados correspondentes aos resultados alcançados pelos jovens aprendizes matriculados nos cursos de logística – Produção (Auxiliar de Produção) e Logística – Suprimentos (Almoxarife). A partir das informações obtidas se verificou se o referido Programa atende às diretrizes do Sistema Nacional da Juventude. Procurou-se demonstrar o perfil dos Jovens Aprendizes recebidos no Curso de Aprendizagem Industrial, acompanhá-los durante o processo e conhecer o resultado do curso de formação para o trabalho, além de verificar se as políticas públicas efetivadas, em especial, a articulação proposta pelo Sistema Nacional da Juventude, instituído pelo Estatuto da Juventude, se fez efetiva no Programa de Aprendizagem. Por fim, analisamos o impacto social acadêmico do programa de formação na vida dos Jovens Aprendizes.
Analyzing the implication of a public policy in the field of youth in a professional learning system was the objective of this research. The legislation, contexts and meanings of the National Youth System were consulted, in addition to the importance and contributions of the implementation of such a policy. We sought to use the Professional Learning Program that has been taking place, since 2019, in a decentralized way, in the city of Pirangi-SP. Through this Program, data corresponding to the results achieved by the young apprentices enrolled in the Logistics – Production (Production Assistant) and Logistics – Supplies (Warehousekeeper) courses were collected. Based on the information obtained, it was verified whether the aforementioned Program complies with the guidelines of the National Youth System. An attempt was made to demonstrate the profile of the Young Apprentices received in the Industrial Learning Course, to accompany them during the process and to know the result of the training course for work, in addition to verifying whether the public policies implemented, in particular, the articulation proposed by the National Youth System, instituted by the Youth Statute, became effective in the Learning Program. Finally, we analyze the academic social impact of the training program on the lives of Young Apprentices.
