Resumo
The objective of this article is to present a methodological discussion of Netnography stemmig from our research experience in the Academic Master's Degree in Geography along with the results from the use of this methodological tool for the study of urban mobility and accessibility of city dwellers, who live in the Housing Complex Cristo Redentor located on the outskirts of Ribeirao Preto - SP. Amongst the results obtained, we point out that the problems relating to daily commuting are present for all those citizens who have been involved in the research regardless of the mode of transport used - car, motorbike, or public transport. In addition, the survey has revealed that there are clear indications of urban mobility and accessibility problems for the portion of the urban residents in this housing estate who need of use public transport, leading us to the idea of an occlusive and precarious urban mobility.
