Análise dos conteúdos referentes às regiões administrativas do Estado de São Paulo no ensino de geografia

Resumo
A Geografia enquanto disciplina escolar tem como papel fundamental o de auxiliar o educando a situar-se no mundo. Diante das constantes mudanças que permeiam o cenário educacional com ênfase atualmente para a implementação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular torna-se pertinente a realização de análises voltadas ao ensino da geografia no âmbito escolar. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objetivo analisar como a categoria geográfica região vem sendo trabalhada atualmente no Ensino Fundamental, mais especificamente no sexto ano. Para isso foram realizadas análises nos documentos oficiais e no plano de ensino anual fornecido pela escola juntamente com a realização de um questionário voltado aos alunos do 6° ano. O resultado das análises permitiu verificar que nos documentos oficiais a categoria região está prevista para ser estudada somente no sétimo ano, já no plano de ensino anual da escola de ensino fundamental I analisada, as categorias estão presentes para serem abordadas já no 4° e 5° ano. Acerca do resultado do questionário, este permitiu verificar que os alunos do 6° ano não têm conhecimento da categoria região bem como das demais categorias geográficas. Na tentativa de minimizar o baixo resultado obtido pelo questionário foi elaborada uma proposta de atividade envolvendo as categorias geográficas. Espera-se com isso que este trabalho possa contribuir com o assunto abordado, trazendo maiores reflexões sobre a necessidade de aprofundamento dos conteúdos estudados e também sobre a importância da elaboração de atividades que sejam significativas e interessantes para os alunos.
The geography as a Scholar subject has the fundamental role of helping the students to situate themselves in the world. In view of the constant changes that permeate the educational scenario, with an emphasis currently on the implementation of the Common National Curricular Base, it is pertinent to carry out analyzes aimed at teaching geography at the school level. In this sense, the present work aims to analyze how the region geographical as a category is currently being worked on Elementary Education, more specifically in the sixth year. For this purpose, analyzes were carried out in the official documents and in the annual education plan provided by the school in conjunction with the completion of a questionnaire aimed at 6th grade students. The result of the analyzes in the official documents the category region is expected to be studied only in the seventh year, in the annual education plan of the elementary school analyzed, the categories are present to be addressed in the 4th and 5th year. Regarding the result of the questionnaire, it is to verify that 6th grade students are unaware region category well as other geographical categories. In an attempt to minimize the low result obtained by the questionnaire, a proposal for significant activity was elaborated involving the geographical categories. It is hoped that this work can contribute to the subject addressed, bringing greater reflections on the need to deepen the content studied and also on the importance of developing activities that are meaningful and interesting for students.
