Teoria do conhecimento no tratado sobre o princípio de razão suficiente de Schopenhauer

Abstract

O propósito da presente dissertação é analisar as formas de cognição, tão somente, contidos na segunda edição da obra ‘Sobre a quádrupla raiz do princípio de razão suficiente: um tratado filosófico’ [Über die vierfache Wurzel des Satzes vom zureichenden Grunde: Eine philosophische Abhandlung], do filósofo alemão, Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860). A partir dessa investigação, será explicitado discursivamente, na economia interna daquela propedêutica inicial, como amiúde é referido, para a compreensão sistêmica da problemática em pauta. Isto é, deslindar os fundamentos necessários contidos nas teses centrais deste contexto. Concernente a respectiva exegese filosófica, vale enfatizar, nosso objetivo mira, apresentar demarcadamente, uma teoria do conhecimento em evidência; sem, por isso, nos atermos aos aspectos de ordem metafísica possivelmente suscetíveis de evocação.

The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the forms of cognition, contained only in the second edition of the work 'On the fourfold root of the principle of sufficient reason: a philosophical treatise', by the German philosopher, Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860). From this investigation, it will be explained discursively, in the internal economy of that initial propaedeutics, as it is often referred to, for the systemic understanding of the issue at hand. That is, to unravel the necessary foundations contained in the central theses of this context. Regarding the respective philosophical exegesis, it is worth emphasizing, our objective aims, to present clearly, a theory of knowledge in evidence; without, therefore, sticking to aspects of metaphysical order possibly susceptible to evocation.
