Tinha que ser preta: mulheres pretas, identidades e movimentos nas periferias de Franca (SP)

Abstract

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso em serviço social, tem por objetivo compreender as influências das periferias nos processos de construção das identidades e dos movimentos de cinco mulheres pretas na cidade de franca (SP). logo, trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e de campo, com entrevistas de caráter semi-estruturado. apoia-se também em fontes bibliográficas, bem como, utiliza-se dos conteúdos resultantes das cinco entrevistas como referências de interpretação. apoia-se nas metodologias da oralidade e da afrocentricidade como caminhos teórico-metodológicos férteis para se compreender os movimentos das sujeitas, bem como o da pesquisadora, que também é uma mulher preta vinda da periferia. O trabalho se torna relevante à medida que coloca a categoria de assistentes sociais, estudantes e docentes, a necessidade do rompimento com narrativas racistas e higienistas que retratam nossos corpos pretos como inertes e passivos, quando não violentos. Também, por se propor a apresentar caminhos outros para as produções do serviço social, e não só, que busquem não mais retratar as periferias, a partir de visão unilateral, que insiste em aprisioná-la no lugar da ausência, assim como quem ali se constrói, assim, são traçados os caminhos, há muito construídos, que nos levaram como povo preto nas cidades, a ocupar tais territórios, bem como, refletir sobre as agencias políticas de mulheres pretas na cidade de franca (SP), e suas relações com seus territórios de morada.

This course completion work in social work aims to understand the influences of the peripheries in the construction processes of identities and movements of five black women in the city of Franca (SP). therefore, it is a research with a qualitative and field approach, with semi-structured interviews. it is also based on bibliographical sources, as well as, it uses the contents resulting from the five interviews as references for interpretation. it relies on the methodologies of orality and afrocentricity as fertile theoretical-methodological ways to understand the movements of the subjects, as well as that of the researcher, who is also a black woman from the periphery. The work becomes relevant as it places the category of social workers, students and teachers, the need to break with racist and hygienist narratives that portray our black bodies as inert and passive, when not violent. Also, by proposing to present other ways for the production of social service, and not only that, that seek to no longer portray the peripheries, from a one-sided view, which insists on imprisoning it in the place of absence, as well as those who live there builds, thus, the paths, built a long time ago, that led us as black people in the cities, to occupy such territories, are traced, as well as, to reflect on the political agencies of black women in the city of franca (SP), and their relations with their territories of address.
