The action potential in axon initiates the cycle of synaptic communication, which is a key process for understanding nervous system. In this text, an alternative model is exposed, describing a statistical formalism, the Fokker-Planck equation, which shows a mathematical models function concerning to describes the behavior of an electrical signal transmission in neuron axon. Solving the Fokker-Planck equation for the equilibrium state, the analytical (exact) probability density function of the system is identified. The parameters introduced in the model are fixed from phenomenological data related to a motor neuron, and it is calculated the time of ions transmission in the axon of a nerve cell. As expected, in case of loss of myelin sheaths, the proposed model predict íons blockage passing through axon.
