Resumo
Quais são os benefícios de se criar uma relação positiva e construtiva entre docente-discente? Quais são os artifícios necessários para proporcionar este vínculo e torná-lo um amplificador do conhecimento e de qualidade do ensino? Partindo disso, falarei sobre a afetividade e outros caminhos que podem estreitar a relação entre educadores e edu-candos no ambiente escolar, sobre questões cognitivas do ser humano que devem ser levadas em consideração pelo docente e que contribuem para uma compreensão mais sensível sobre as individualidades de cada discente, e o quanto essas funcionalidades acadêmicas estarão ligadas a toda uma trajetória no ambiente escolar do discente, pro-porcionando a ele um caminho mais facilitado para o aprendizado e uma educação hu-manizada inclusiva e saudável. Discutirei a importância e também os reflexos da institui-ção de ensino na educação e seus ambientes de ensino, e também o papel da família na relação do discente com a escola. A partir de algumas experiências compartilhadas, apontarei uma compreensão dos benefícios de uma relação positiva, construtiva e sau-dável dentro do ambiente escolar. Com a ajuda de alguns autores, abordarei a afetividade na relação docente-discente aliada a educação.
What are the benefits of creating a positive and constructive teacher-student relationship? What are the necessary devices to provide this link and make it an amplifier of knowledge and teaching quality? Based on this, I will talk about affectivity and other ways to strengthen the bond between educators and students in the school environment, I will discuss about human cognitive issues that must be taken into consideration by the teacher (which contributes for a more sensitive understanding of each student individuality), and how those academic functions will be attached to the whole student trajectory at the school environment, providing them an easier path for learning and an inclusive and healthy hu-manized education. I will bring the importance and reflections of the teaching institution (and its environments in general) at the education and also the role of the family in the student's relationship with the school. From some shared experiences, I will highlight the benefits of a positive, constructive and healthy relationship at all of the school surround-ings. With the help of some authors, I will touch some points about the affectivity in the teacher-student relationship combined with education.
