Resumo
A partir dos anos 2000, observa-se uma mudança de paradigma na forma como a psicologia vinha sendo empregada no judiciário: deixando de ser um instrumento meramente a serviço da avaliação psicológica para se tornar uma ferramenta de mediação de conflitos. Dentre várias iniciativas, destaca-se a Oficina de Pais e Filhos, cuja finalidade é constituir um espaço de reflexão sobre o processo de separação judicial, sob a coordenação de voluntários. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo é compreender as experiências emocionais dos instrutores dos grupos em um município do interior de São Paulo e buscar identificar suas necessidades, dificuldades, bem como a percepção que têm sobre os desdobramentos e os benefícios do trabalho realizado. Tal objetivo sustenta-se na hipótese de que os voluntários recebem forte impacto emocional das questões trazidas pelos participantes. Para tal, a metodologia empregada foi a seguinte: depois de presenciar certas edições da oficina, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete instrutores. Trata-se de uma pesquisa que empregou o viés psicanalítico para lançar luz sobre como os instrutores têm se apropriado do trabalho de mediação e quais os significados que essa função tem adquirido em sua vida. Nos resultados é possível notar forte relação entre trabalho e história pessoal, tanto nas potencialidades quanto nas dificuldades.
Since the 2000s, a paradigma shift has been observed in the way psychology has been used in the judiciary: it is no longer merely an instrument at the servisse os psychological assessment to become a conflict mediation tool. Among several initiatives, the Parents and Children Workshop stands out, whose purpose is to provide a space for reflection on the process of judicial separation, under the coordination of volunteers. Thus, the objetctive of this study is to understand the emotional experiences of the coordinators of the groups, specifically in a municipality in the interior of São Paulo and seek to indentifiy the facilities, needs, difficulties, as well as their perception of the impacts and benefits of the work carried out. This objective is supported by the hypothesis that the volunteers receive a strong emotional impact from the questions raised by the participants. To this end, after observing the dynamics of the groups, semi-structured interviews were carried out with eight instructors. It is a research that used the psychoanalytic bias to shed light on how instructors have appropriated the mediation work and what meanings this function has acquired in their lives. In the results, it is possible to notice a strong relationship between work and personal history, both in terms of potential and difficulties.
