A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar como a Sociologia na educação básica aborda o tema violência doméstica. O trabalho assumiu um caráter documental de pesquisa e investigação. A pesquisa buscou analisar a persistência cultural da violência contra a mulher pautada nos altos índices de ocorrências registrados no país. O recurso utilizado pela pesquisa foi examinar a trajetória de luta do Movimento Feminista no Brasil e seus desdobramentos no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Dentro desta perspectiva jurídica, em que se consagra uma legislação específica de proteção à mulher, observa-se que esta não consegue reprimir a violência dirigida a sua condição de gênero. Com o propósito de contribuir com o ensino de Sociologia, foi elaborado um objeto de aprendizagem à luz da Pedagogia Histórico Crítica, “Jogo Didático de Sociologia: pensando com meus botões sociológicos”. A finalidade é proporcionar uma problematização sobre a violência doméstica utilizando o jogo como uma ferramenta didática na abordagem do tema, sendo uma das etapas da sequência didática dedicada a tratar a violência contra a mulher, para ser disponibilizada como uma estratégia de aprendizagem que pode ser aplicada no segundo bimestre da terceira série do ensino médio.

This research sought to analyze the cultural persistence of violence against women based on the high rates of occurrence registered in the country. The work assumed a documentary character of research and investigation. The resource used in the research was to examine the trajectory of struggle of the Feminist Movement in Brazil and its consequences in the Brazilian legal system. Within this legal perspective, in which specific legislation for the protection of women is enshrined, it is observed that they are unable to repress violence directed at women. In this sense, the objective of the research was to investigate how sociology in basic education approaches the theme of domestic violence. With the purpose of contributing to the teaching of Sociology, a learning object was elaborated in the light of the Critical Historical Pedagogy, “Didactic Game of Sociology: thinking with my sociological buttons”. The purpose is to provide a problematization of domestic violence using the game as a didactic tool in approaching the theme, being one of the stages of the didactic sequence dedicated to treating violence against women, to be adopted and applied in the second bimester of the third series of high school.
